'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, George Coleman Fraser and John Hazell Fraser, carrying on business as Engineers and Boiler Makers, at the Railway Iron Works, Bromley-by-Bow, in the county of Middlesex, and" Monument-chambers, King William street, in the city of London, under the style or firm of Fraser and Fraser, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from the. 17th day of May, 1890, the said John Hazell Fraser, retiring from the said firm. The said George Coleman Fraser will continue to carry on the said business under the same style...'[1]
