FREDERIC WINDSOR-RICHARDS, of Leeds, died at St. Moritz, Switzerland, on January 21, 1898, at the age of thirty-one.

He was the second son of Mr. E. Windsor-Richards, Past-President, and was elected a member of the Iron and Steel Institute in 1897.
