1929 Mention as 'Frederick Haithwaite, of 14, Briggate, Leeds, in the county of York, holding a general power of attorney from Frederick Haithwaite and Company, Limited'[3]

1930 Company appears to be in financial difficulty with their plant, machinery and engineer's tools being sold off.[4]

1934 Company listed to be struck off.[5]
