1927 Obituary[1]

"Mr. Storr was looked upon as being one of the most eminent water engineers in the North of England. His connection with the Chester and the Wrexham and Denbighshire Waterworks Companies was very intimate. He was deputy chairman of both of them and was consulting engineer to the Chester undertaking, while he had been secretary and engineer to the Welsh company for considerably over half a century. He died at the age of seventy-seven."
