'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, John Leslie Fuller and Leonard George Tate, Electrical Engineers and Contractors, under the style of Fuller and Tate, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from the 24th day of June, 1894. Each of the late partners will in future carry/on business on his own account, and the debts due to the late partnership firm will, on behalf of the undersigned and by their mutual consent, be received by William C. Archibald, of 3, Eastcheap, in the city of London, Chartered Accountant...'[1]
