1915 Fullwood Foundry Company Limited, 3 Merry Street, Motherwell, was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £30,000, to carry on the trade of iron and steel manufacturers, coalmasters, steel and brass founders.[1]

WWI David Colville and Sons acquired the Fullwood foundry.

1970 The company was dissolved.[2]
