1895 Acquired the oldest Check Till business, established in 1875 by Ezra Lofts.

1896 Private company.

1899 Added the business of the Walsall Voucher Check Till.

Before 1912: Took over Stockall-Brook Time Recorders Ltd and the time recorder section of J. J. Stockall and Sons[1]. Presumably then formed Gledhill-Brook Time Recorders

1914 Specialities: Autographic and Coin Exhibiting Tills, Self-closing Tills, Receipt-issuing Tills, Detail and Total-adding Cash Registers, Multiple Drawer Tills, Adding Machines and Calculators.

1961 Manufacturers of cash registers, cash tills, time recorders and precision instruments. 300 employees. [2]
