1958 New works established in Cardiff and design offices in various parts of Britain[2]

1960 Supplied a range of steel products for concrete reinforcement, including for the Sydney Opera House[3]

1961 Manufacturers and suppliers of steel bars and fabric mesh for concrete reinforcement, high tensile steel wire and strand for prestressed concrete. Designers of all types of reinforced and prestressed concrete structures. 750 employees. [4]

1974 Integrated with Firth Cleveland Reinforcements, also part of GKN[5]
