GEC Transformers

1967 GEC acquired Associated Electrical Industries (AEI). The combined transformer business, including GEC (Transformers) would be concentrated at AEI's Wythenshawe factory (see AEI: Transformer)

1969 Became part of GEC Power Engineering when it was formed[1]; GEC Transformers included the relevant parts of GEC, AEI and English Electric Co, and Hackbridge and Hewittic Electric Co, Bryce Capacitors, Hackbridge-Hewittic and Easun.
