1911 Residing at 13 Gore Crescent, Seedley, Pendleton, Salford: Gabriel Hugon (age 62 born France), Beef Suet Refiner (and employer). With his wife Ellen, two daughters and son Frederick A. Hugon (age 27 born London), Manager Beef Suet Refiner.[2]

1939 Died. 'Gabriel Raphael Hugon, of Mitford Road, Fallowfield, Manchester, chairman and joint managing director Hugon and Co., Ltd., who died, aged 93.'[3]
