1902 John D. Gauldie retired from the business as of 20th February, with the business being carried on by William Gillespie, engineer and machine maker.[1]
1915 Gauldie, Gillespie and Company Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £6,000, to acquire as a going concern the business of that name carried on by William Gillespie at 15 Broomhall Street, Glasgow.[2]
1922 Manufactures.— Marine engines.
1932 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[3]Engineering plant, machinery and tools were put up for auction in November.[4]
