Educ.: Harborne Vicarage Preparatory School; Leighton Park School, Reading; University College, London. Managing Director Cadbury Bros., Ltd., Bournville; Trustee Bournville Village Trust; Common Good Fund; Trustee and Treasurer of Fircroft College Trust, Bournville; member of Birmingham City Council, representing Selly Oak Ward, 1911-22, Alderman 1922-27; Chairman of Housing and Town Planning Committee, 1918-19; Chairman of Estates Committee, 1922-23; Life Governor of Birmingham University; member of the Institute of Transport; m.
