1869 Opened a factory in Wolverhampton

1889 they had over 100 stores

George Oliver succeeded by brother Charles Oliver ( -1897) and then by George's son Charles Frederick Oliver (1868-1939). He, in turn was succeeded by his sons Frederick Ernest Oliver (1900-1994) and Claude Danolds Oliver (1904-1987).
