'...the Partnership between the undersigned, George Wailes, William Wailes, and John Wailes, in the trade or business of Engineers and Ironfounders, carried on by them at the Phoenix Iron Works, Stroud, in the county of Gloucester, under the firm of George Wailes and Co., was, on the 3rd day of December, 1867, dissolved by mutual consent; and in future the business will be carried on by the said George Wailes and John Wailes on their own account...'[1]
