1899 Dissolution of the Partnership between George Whitehouse and Louis Holland, carrying on. business as Tube Manufacturers and Brassfounders, at Barford-street Tube Works, Barford-street, and Vaughton-Works, William Edward-street, both in the city of Birmingham, under the style or firm of George Whitehouse and Co. All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said George Whitehouse who will continue to carry on the said business on his own account under the said style-or firm of George Whitehouse and Co.[1]
