Formed by F. M. Gillanders and G. C. Arbuthnot.

1842 Partnership change. 'The Copartnerships hitherto carried on by the undersigned, under the firms of Ogilvy, Gillanders, and Co. in Liverpool, and of Gillanders, Arbuthnot, and Co. in Calcutta, are dissolved, from 30th April 1840, in so far as respects Mr. Francis Mackenzie Gillanders, by mutual consent.
