1892 The company was registered on 12 January. [1]

1913 A proposal was made to amalgamate the collieries in the Combine, namely the Cambrian, the Glamorgan, the Britannic, and the Naval, with D. A. Thomas in charge[2]

1929 July: Guest, Keen and Nettlefolds acquired the Cambrian, Glamorgan Colliery, Naval and Britannic Merthyr collieries from the liquidator[3]

1930 Became part of Welsh Associated Collieries
