1936 Incorporated as a private company with a capital of £5,000, utilising redundant distillery space, of which there was an ample supply in Campbeltown. One of the subscribers was Samuel Thomson, manager at the Glen Scotia Distillery.
1965 The company went into voluntary liquidation.
Another company, Glen Nevis and Ardlussa Warehouses (1965) Limited, was incorporated, this was finally dissolved in 1987.
