HIS Majesty having been graciously pleased to grant unto SAMUEL GODWIN, of Avonclift, near Bradford, Wilts, his ROYAL LETTERS PATENT tor Making and Vending his Improved Machinery; S. G. begs to inform those concerned in the Woollen and Cotton Manufacture, that has in connexion with Messrs. WASTFIELD, opened a Manufactory at Avonclift for conducting the same. .....'[1]
