'...the Copartnership lately existing between the undersigned, Joseph Dand Green and James Green the younger, as Civil Engineers and Mill-Wrights, at the Onion Foundry, Llanhilleth, in the county of Monmouth, under the firm of Green, Brothers, has been dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to and owing from the said copartnership will be received and paid by James Green the younger, by whom the said business will be continued...'[1]
