1895 The company was registered to acquire licences to work British and other patents for the manufacture of inlaid mosaic linoleum in England, Wales, Ireland, and the Isle of Man, and to take over a lease of a property for forty years, with buildings constructed for the manufacture, situated at Blackwall Lane, East Greenwich.

1899 Reduction in capital of Greenwich Inlaid Linoleum (Frederick Walton's New Patents) Company Ltd[1]

1922 Michael Nairn and Greenwich Ltd was incorporated to acquire Michael Nairn and Co and the Greenwich Inlaid Linoleum Co (Frederick Walton's New Patents) Ltd[2]
