1882 Partnership dissolved
1904 James Thomas Grice retired. Incorporated as a limited company. Associated with Messrs. Williams, Foster & Co., Ltd., and Pascoe Grenfell & Sons, Ltd.. Edwin Grice was the first managing director.
1914 Brass and copper tube manufacturers. Specialities: every description of seamless and brazed brass and copper tubes. [1]
1924 Came under the control of British Copper Manufacturers when the company's owners, Williams, Foster and Co and Pascoe Grenfell and Sons Ltd were taken over[2]
c.1928 Became part of ICI Metals Division[3]
