Owned by Austin Ormonde Butler and Crop Hawkins (possibly A. Cropp Hawkins, Portland House, Church Street, Stoke.[1] He was an Accountant). The manager was John Butler and they employed around 6 men.

1938 of Church Road, Bucknell.[2]

1961 of Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent

Made metal crates - probably for the pottery industry and had an involvement in the importation of tea chests. Their principal business was in the manufacture of rustic garden furniture and they soaked lumber in the adjacent Caldon Canal.
