1922 Dissolution of the Partnership between Thomas Alfred Turnbull and Archibald Freeman, the Younger, carrying on business as Motor Engineers, Garage Proprietors and Dealers in Motor-cars, at Burnage-lane, Burnage, in the city of Manchester, under the style or firm of " THE GROSVENOR ENGINEERING COMPANY." All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by Archibald Freeman the Younger, who will continue to carry on the business at the same address under the style of the Grosvenor Garage.[1]


1948 The Grosvenor Engineering Co of Manchester was voluntarily wound up[2]
