1842 'NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Edmund Grundy, of the Wylde within Bury, in the county of Lancaster, Edmund Grundy (commonly called Edmund Grundy the younger), of Bridge-hall within Heap, in the said county, Samuel Grundy, of Bury aforesaid, Edmund Grundy (commonly called Edmund Grundy, tertius), of Seedfield, near Bury aforesaid, and John Williams, of Manchester, in the said county, carrying on business in High- street, within Manchester aforesaid, as Woollen Merchants and Manufacturers, under the firm of Grundy, Williams, and Company, was dissolved, on the 31st day of December last, by mutual consent, so far as regards the said-John Williams, who retires therefrom. All debts owing to or by the said concern will be received or paid by the remaining partners, who will in future carry on the concern under the firm of John and Edmund Grundy.— Witness our hands this 22d day of February 1842.
