1966 Formed Grundy Group Export Ltd[1]

1969 International Tutor Machines of Ashford. Middx, was formed, apparently a subsidiary[2]

1972 Stanley W. Grundy was chairman of the group and of Data Recording Instrument Co, a subsidiary of Grundy (Teddington) Ltd[3]

1981 Owner of 70 percent of Grundy Business Systems which acquired the NewBrain computer project[4] but the company went into liquidation in 1983.

1984 Grundy had been responsible for the manufacture and installation of curtain walling at Heathrow Terminal 4. Members of the Building Services division of the Grundy (Teddington) Group of companies were[5]:
