1909 June. 'Capt. H. B. Cresswell, late of the 15th Hussars, has resigned from the directorate of Itala Automobiles. Ltd., and is now member of the firm of Cresswell, Norris, and Co., Ltd., whose offices are at 199, Piccadilly, W., a company formed to undertake any class of motor car business'[1]
