"WE record with regret the death of MR. H. E. COOPER, M.I.Mech.E., M.I.Prod.E., of Bickley, Kent, who died on September, 29. Mr. Cooper retired a joint managing director of G. A. Harvey and Co. (London) Ltd. in 1961 after fifteen years' service with the company. He was formerly with I.C.I., Billingham and during the war was seconded to the Ministry of Supply for work on small arms production."
