1881 Partnership dissolved: H. G. Sanders and H. C. Sanders, trading as H. G. Sanders and Son, Latimer-road, London, engineers.[1]. Dissolution of the partnership between Henry George Sanders and Henry Conrad Sanders, carrying on business at Wharf-road, Latimer-road, in the county of Middlesex, as Engineers and Pianoforte Action Manufacturers, under the style or firm of H. G. Sanders and Son. All debts owing to or from the late firm will be received or paid by the said Henry George Sanders, who will in future carry on the said businesses alone for his own benefit.[2]

Sanders, Esq., to Sell by Public Auction, upon the premises, on Wednesday, February 17th Instant, ten for eleven o’clock prompt, the FREEHOLD PROPERTY known The Norland Engineering Works, situate Wharf Road, Latimer Road, London W., about three minutes* distance from the Latimer Road Station of the Metropolitan Railway.
