1930s Unusually for the iron trades, during the 1930s the company was in effect controlled by two women, Mrs C. M. Lees and Mrs M. E. Wood.

1940 A company trading as Green and Russell (1940) Ltd carried on in business (in Wednesfield) until the mid-1990s.
