1869 Company founded by Henry Miller.

1896 Public company. The company was registered on 30 May, to take over the business of firm of the same name, manufacturers of cycle lamps. [1]

1919 Company moved to Aston Brook Street, Birmingham.

1920 October. Exhibited at the Commercial Motor Exhibition at Olympia with electrical lighting equipment for commercial vehicles. [2]

1961 Manufacturers of cycle and motor cycle electrical equipment. [3]
