Henry Sampson & Sons of Malago Vale Ironworks, Bristol
1888 Advertised as engineers and founders, manufacturers of steam engines, boilers, brickmaking, grinding, crushing, hoisting, and all kinds of heavy machinery. Bridges, girders, roof, columns and general constructional ironwork.
The 1902 O.S. map [1] shows Malago Vale Iron Works in a narrow space between Malago Road and a railway embankment, at the junction of Malago and St John's Roads. This site was later occupied by Pring and St. Hill
