1868 Partnership change. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Henry Simonds, Emily Simonds (the wife of Henry Adolphus Simonds), and Mary Anne Simonds, carrying on business as Brewers and Maltsters, at Reading, in the county of Berks, under the style or firm of H. and G. Simonds, was of the 15th day of February instant dissolved by mutual consent, as and from the 1st day of January last. The business will in future be carried on by Henry John Simonds, Henry Adolphus Simonds, and Blackall Simonds, all of Reading aforesaid, under the style or firm of H. and G. Simonds...'[1]
