1931 Hadden Muir and Company Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £100, to carry on the business of quarrymasters, concrete block manufacturers and dealers, cement workers and dealers, and haulage contractors.[1]

1933 The company went into voluntary liquidation in January.[2]
