1945 Hally (Auchterarder) Limited, Ruthvenvale Works, Auchterarder, was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £25,000, to carry on the business of weavers of shirting and pyjama material hitherto carried on by Hally and Co, Auchterarder, Glasgow, and London; and also of spinners and doublers.[2]

1957 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[3]
