1906 'Messrs. Alex. Turnbull and Company Ltd., St. Mungo Works, Bishopbriggs, Glasgow, have taken over the Harrison Engine Co, Limited, Salford, the well-known makers of the Harrison Patent Steam Steering Gear. The business will be transferred to Bishopbriggs, where the work will be carried on under precisely the same management as at Manchester.'[3]
