1912 Obituary [1]

HARRY ARTHUR DIX, born on the 14th November, 1862, died at Coventry on the 23rd March, 1912.

He was first employed in the drawing office of Messrs. Lucas & Aird, contractors, and subsequently by Mr. T. A. Walker, on the Barry Railway and Manchester Ship Canal contracts.

He also acted both as Agent and Contractor on sewage works at Leicester, Swansea dock improvements and many other works at home and abroad.

Mr. Dix was elected an Associate Member of The Institution on the 5th December, 1893.
