1913 March. 'The body of Harry England, the mechanic who accompanied Mr Leslie MacDonald in aeroplane, which sank in the Thames on Jan. 13 last, was recovered on Friday night off Grays, within a short distance of the scene of the disaster. At the inquest held on Saturday afternoon a verdict of Accidental death was returned.'[1]
