" Marlborough " at Portsmouth and R.N.E. College at Devonport. Career: 2I 1916-18—On Staff of Naval Commander-in-Chief, East Indies and Egypt, for repair to Men-of-War, Transports and Shipping generally; 1918-19—On Staff of Commander-in-Chief, Mediterranean, as British Member of Inter-Allied Board of Control for Arsenals and Repair Facilities at Constantinople.
