HARRY PROBYN died on August 20, 1926, at Edgbaston, at the age of sixty-five.

He was the first secretary of the company of Guest, Keen & Co., and remained secretary when the company was re-formed under the name of Guest, Keen and Nettlefolds, Ltd. He resigned the secretaryship to become a director in 1918.

He was elected a member of the Iron and Steel Institute in 1920.
