1888 Partnership dissolved. '...t the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Joseph Harwood and Nathaniel Eccles, carrying on business as Cotton Manufacturers, at New Bridge Mills and Two Gates Mills, in Darwen, in the county of Lancaster, under the style or firm, of Harwood and Eccles, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from the 31st day of March, 1888. The business at New Bridge Mills aforesaid will as from that date be carried on by the said Joseph Harwood; and the business at Two Gates Mill aforesaid will as from that date be carried on by the said Nathaniel Eccles.[1]
