1890 Works acquired by the Société des Aciéries, Hauts-fourneaux et Forges de Trignac
1907 Takeover by the Usines Métallurgiques de la Basse-Loire.
1932 Blast furnace shut down.
1939 State-funded restart for the war effort.
1940/1942 The Germans occupy the factory
1943 Destroyed by Allied bombing.
