1897 The Haythorn Tubulous Boiler Syndicate Limited, 24 George Square, Glasgow, promoted with a capital of £7,500, to acquire inventions for improved tubulous boilers, tube fastings, and other similar inventions, and to carry on the business of boilermakers and engineers.[1]
1900 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[2]
