1864 The business was active between 1864 and 1866.[2]

1865 See 1865 Clyde Shipbuilders for detail of the tonnage produced.

1866 The copartnery of Hedderwick and Company was dissolved. The subscriber John Dobie had the right to the whole of the company's assets and continued the business in the same premises under the name of Dobie and Co.[3]
