1886 Established by Henry Illingworth, William Illingworth and Jonathan Illingworth.

1899 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Henry Illingworth, William Illingworth, Jonathan Illingworth, and David Illingworth, carrying on business as Worsted Spinners, at Pendleton Mills, Elland, in the county of York, under the style or firm of Henry Illingworth and Sons, has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 28th day of February, 1899. All debts due to and owing the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Henry Illingworth, Jonathan Illingworth, and David Illingworth...'[1]

1906 Partnership change.
