1911 Living at 42 High Street, Crediton, Devon: Henry Cornish (age 52 born Exeter), a Photographer. With his wife Emily Cornish (age 52 born Crediton), two daughters and son Henry John Cornish (age 26 born Crediton), Ironmonger's Assistant.[1]

1911 Married at Crediton to Julia Maud Chapple

1939 Living at 2 Grove Terrace, Union Road, Crediton, Automobile Engineer and Garage Proprietor. With his wife Julia M. Cornish.[2]

1948 Died. 'The death occurred, on Saturday at Grove-terrace Crediton, of Mr. H J. Cornish. Mr. Cornish was the proprietor of Crediton Motor Works, a well-known Freemason and Area Officer (Crediton) "C "Division Special Constabulary. He took, until-his illness, an active interest in the many activities.'[3]
