Career: Design and Construction of Breakwaters, Piers, Docks and General Harbour Improvements on the Great Lakes System of Waterways for past 18 years; Engr.-inCharge for Dominion Govt. on Construction of Detroit River Tunnel between Windsor, Ontario, and Detroit, Michigan; now Supt. all Harbour and River Work in the Province of Ontario.
