1901 February. Died. 'We regret to announce the death of this gentleman, which occurred at his residence in Fairview Terrace on Saturday after a prolonged illness. Mr. Logan, who was a native of Waringstown, came to reside here many years ago, and established a rope and twine manufacturing business. A man of unremitting industry, he succeeded in building op a prosperous business, which, under his able management, grew and developed to such an extent that a few years ago it was found necessary to purchase more extensive premises for the accommodation of the works. Deceased was a member of the Armagh Road Presbyterian Church, and was held in high esteem by all classes of the townspeople.'[1]
