1792 Birth of son William Alexander Provis

Resident Engineer to the Grand Junction Canal Company

1820 Henry Provis, Themington(?), near Newport Pagnall, became a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.[1]

1830 August 23rd. Death of Henry Povis, Civil Engineer, Age 70 years, of Sherrington in the county of Bucks.[2] [3]

1837 May. Death of his wife Mary Provis age 78. Sister to G. S. Marshall of Goodramgate, York.[4]
