The boiler explosion which occurred on Monday, December 17, at the works of the Henry Rifled Barrel Engineering and Small Arms Company, Limited, Eagle
Wharf-road, N., causing the death of two men and
serious injury to several others, has been the subject of
a formal investigation by the Board of Trade, under the
provisions of the Boiler Explosions Act, 1882. ....' The findings of the investigation were reported at some length, along with a photograph showing some of the damage [1]
